Crab Hole Pinch is designed to be a safe, focused experience. We have built the app to be "Privacy by Design," meaning we do not use servers to track your gameplay, and we treat all users with the highest level of privacy protection required for children's apps.
1. Data Storage and Usage
Crab Hole Pinch operates entirely locally on your device:
- On-Device Storage: Your high scores, game history, and statistics are stored only on your local device. We do not transmit this personal gameplay data to any central server.
- No Third-Party Tracking: We do not perform behavioral tracking or interest-based profiling. This version of the app does not share data with advertising networks.
- No Account Required: You can play the game without providing an email address, name, or any other personal identifiers.
2. Children's Privacy (COPPA/GDPR-K)
We take children's safety seriously. Because Crab Hole Pinch is designed for all ages:
- We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or locations.
- We do not allow social media integration or user-to-user chatting.
- We do not use the IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) or track users across other apps.
3. Parents' Rights
As a parent or guardian, you have full control over the app's local data:
- Data Deletion: Deleting the app removes all local gameplay data from the device.
- Transparency: We do not hide any data collection in the background. If the app doesn't ask for it, we aren't getting it.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade any user information. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
